Sandra Burgess

Sandra has been a nurse for over 30 years. She has worked in a variety of roles within the nursing field. In addition to this Sandra also has many years of experience in administrative roles in which she has managed both small and larger physician's Offices. It is her deep desire to be obedient to Christ that will keep us thriving and active in your home, or practice, as long as needed and or as feasible for our service offered. Sandra will personally meet each one who is in need within our communities and help develop a plan for your needs. I aim to help you remain at home, give you help, or keep your practice thriving. Let me meet with you and take you into becoming an intricate part of Rural Communities Health and Help, LLC.

Breanna Crowson, Marketing Liason

She is a local girl who married her high school sweetheart- Adam. Breanna brings her years of experience as a patient care technician on the trauma unit at the UF Health Hospital in Gainesville, Fl to our team as well as her niche for managing our social media accounts. She has a strong desire to enrich the community in which she grew up in by developing this business to better help those in need in our area.

Stewart Burgess

Stewart is our proud veteran team member volunteer. He both compliments and exemplifies our heart within Rural Communities Health and Help. He brings his years of service from the Air Force and many facets of law enforcement to our community. He came from a military family, yet he has deep roots to the communities we will serve (he has been married to Sandra for 27 years). Stewart is passionate about our country, veterans, and he is also an amazing chef. We are blessed beyond words to have him join us as a volunteer.

Adam Crowson

Adam has claimed Baker as his home since early childhood. He has a deep connection to his surrounding communities. He can be found leading worship, teaching Bible Study to the youth, spending time with his family, weightlifting or mentoring others. We are elated and blessed that upon his graduation from college, as a Physician Assistant his roots and that bond to his rural communities returned him home with his wife Breanna and their son Roy and daughter Lena His desire for health and overall wellness is exactly what will help you or your loved one sustain better living.
