Our Rural Home Help service offers to you or your loved one, housekeeping, companionship, limited sitting service hours, in home meal prepping, grocery shopping, medication oversight and set up. Our Community goal is simple "keeping you local and helping our neighbors"". So, we step into our mode of Rural Health, as we work cohesively within your medical community and or team to assure the necessary support is a viable option in your home. Without etching Matthew 7:12 into our own lives we would fail to live daily what God is calling us to, so we commit to "Do unto you as we desire others do unto us", We also offer residential trash service, with door pick up for elderly/disabled. Check out our program, called "A VET CAN"Commercial Cleaning is a must, a burden and can be done on a budget. We also know a business needs to thrive and the best service we can offer you, is to partner with you in your cleaning needs. Finding someone you trust to assist you with personal tasks , family care, or even greater your company needs is not easy. With that in mind, I prayed and considered multiple factors regarding how we can meet rural and family needs. We have all felt effects of our current financial economy, as it hit the communities and families of my friends. The fallout continues today with many struggles. We know for many the struggles have been alone. Through all of this I gained a deep passion to make communities and healthcare better. This passion led to the fulfillment of a life-long dream, the creation of Rural Communities Health and Help, LLC.

In the years that I have known Sandy Burgess, she has been through more than her “fair share” of trials from a human perspective. Thankfully, God has been at work equipping, growing and shaping Sandy into a gifted nurse, caregiver, mother and friend who lovingly applies all God has taught her to bless others.
Not only has Sandy Burgess blessed Exodos Ministries through the years with her knowledge of walking alongside an addicted loved one, she has ministered to my family in a personal way. In the years that my Godly, brilliant, precious Daddy struggled with the effects of Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s, Sandy was truly a vessel of God’s love as she helped with Dad and strengthened this sister!
I rejoice to know that Sandy is available to lend this kind of love and care to our community!
